Group Inc. Along with your application, we require copies of:
Your Proof of Income (whichever is applicable):
– Employment Paystub
– Employment Insurance. Print out “My Latest Claim”
– Copy of Child Tax Benefit
– Pension Cheque Stub
– Social Assistance Stub
– Bank Statement (if unable to provide Pension/Social Assistance Stub)
Landlord Reference (example):
– 2-landlord references
OR
– 2-character reference (NOT FAMILY) example: employer, co-worker, neighbour, social worker
One Credit Reference (example):
– Utility Bill: Gas, Power, Cell or Water Bill in your name
– Car Payment
– Insurance
If you any reason you are unable to submit these required documents, please
present them to our office as soon as possible; as this will help to process your application sooner.
WE ARE NOT EMERGENCY HOUSING. Your application is held on file for only 6 months. It is your responsibility to reapply every 6 months and to provide and update your application if any changes to your application is required.
